A.- 1. Your PromoMap@ DISCOUNT CARD NUMBER is your Pass-Code to all the benefits included. Every attraction covered is ready for your visit.
2. Show your PromoMap@ Discount Card, COUPON or give your Pass-Code NUMBER upon arrival at each establishment. You may be asked for a valid ID.
3. Each person gets their own PromoMap@. It is PERSONAL and UNTRANSFERABLE. Promotions can only be used ONCE.
ECO-FRIENDLY NOTE: If you have an iPhone, you can send the PromoMap.pdf file that will be downloaded into your PC to your iPhone E-Mail account, so you can see the Map, Guide and Discount Card without having to PRINT them on paper.

Q.- Where can I USE the AT&T Long Distance Card?
A.- You can use the AT&T Long Distance card from any normal telephone. Some hotels accept calls to 01-800 numbers as a local call, you can use it from those. Beware of some public phones that are very expensive and block our 01-800 number, so always look for public phones marked "Ladatel - Telmex". If you use your cellular phone you will be charged depending on your provider, please find out before using this optio. Remember that you can use your AT&T Long Distance card from USA to Mexico also.
Q.- What can I do if one of the coupons cannot be REDEEMED or made effective?
A.- We have a contract with every establishment that includes a Coupon in PromoMap@ in which they have to honor the offer or give you something similar to your complete satisfaction. If you have any issues with your coupons, please send us an E-mail to contact@promomap.com with detailed information about what happened and we will address the issue immediately to find a solution to your problem.
Q.- What are the restrictions for using the DISCOUNT CARD and COUPONS?
