Q.- Where can I USE the AT&T Long Distance Card?
A.- You can use the AT&T Long Distance card from any normal telephone. Some hotels accept calls to 01-800 numbers as a local call, you can use it from those. Beware of some public phones that are very expensive and block our 01-800 number, so always look for public phones marked "Ladatel - Telmex". If you use your cellular phone you will be charged depending on your provider, please find out before using this optio. Remember that you can use your AT&T Long Distance card from USA to Mexico also.


 
Q.- What can I do if one of the coupons cannot be REDEEMED or made effective?
A.- We have a contract with every establishment that includes a Coupon in PromoMap@ in which they have to honor the offer in the coupon or give you something similar to your complete satisfaction. If you have any trouble redeeming a coupon, please send us an Email to contact@promomap.com with detailed information about what happened and we will address the issue immediately to find a solution to your problem. 


 
Q.- What are the restrictions for using the COUPONS?
A.- Some of the general CONDITIONS are:
• Show your coupon upon arrival, or when you ask for your bill at each establishment.
• The offers are not redeemable for cash or merchandise, except if specified in the coupon.
• Lost or stolen merchandise will not be replaced even if purchased with the coupons.
• Promotions and offers do not include IVA (Value Added Tax).
• PromoMap@ is not responsible for any changes in the promotions and offers made through the coupons by the brands or establishments.
